Chief Operating Officer
Full-Time
The Chief Operating Officer is a full-time, senior executive role responsible for the internal operations of Festa. The COO will lead the central staff team that runs Festa's flagship programs, finance function, HR function translating the CEO's vision and the Board's strategy into consistent execution across the organization. The COO will serve as Festa's chief team builder, setting staff goals, driving accountability, standardizing SOPs, and leading staff while ensuring the organization's programs remain high-quality, well-documented, safe and ready to scale.
Business ESL Program Administrator
Part-Time
The Business ESL Program Administrator provides day-to-day leadership and administration for Festa Business ESL. The role combines adult ESL instructional expertise and experience with strong program administration to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for students, instructors and corporate partners.
Festa Friend's Club School-Age Children's Program Staff
Part-Time
Festa Friends Club School-age Staff are responsible for supporting the operation of our Festa Friends Club academic and recreational enrichment program for K-8th grade children. School-age Staff will plan fun, prosocial activities and supervise and build relationships with the children we serve. Staff will welcome, train and support the volunteers as they discover and share their interests and talents with the children. This is a fun and high energy, multicultural environment.
