To address this disparity, Festa launched a social enterprise positioned at the crossroads of employers seeking to attract and retain employees and New Americans in search of job opportunities and career advancement. Forming such relationships with businesses will help us to scale our impact across Columbus, throughout Ohio and nationwide! In order to facilitate this work, we are seeking people who want to become ESL teachers for adult classes. The requirements are simple — you just need to know English and love people; we’ll take care of the rest!

Festa has grown its flagship 3-Generation Family ESL Program, and now we’re looking to expand it to support many more New American families across Central Ohio and beyond. This social enterprise is designed to do just that.
