Medical Resources

They are committed to providing quality healthcare to those in the community, free of charge. The clinic is staffed by volunteer medical professionals and medical students from various areas. There are also social workers and social work students available to assist individuals with other challenges they might be facing.

Services:

  • Primary Care: They provide primary care and urgent care services.

  • Laboratory and Imaging: They have an onsite laboratory and can use X-Ray and Ultrasounds that the Wexner Medical Center provides.

  • Pharmacy: Their pharmacy can prescribe medications free of charge, and the pharmacy team can address issues or concerns you might have about medications.

  • In-House Specialty Clinic: The services offered include Gynecology + Mammography, Psychiatry, Dietetics, Neurology, Urology, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Rainbow Clinic, Acupuncture, and Ultrasound. Must get a referral from the primary care physician for an appointment with specialty care.

  • Social Work Services: Social work students are available to have a conversation with you to support you throughout the evening. An onsight counselor can provide free counseling and consulting services. They will also connect you to other community resources that offer a sliding-fee scale or pro bono counseling services. Social work can also connect you to information about how to apply for health insurance, where to get the COVID-19 Vaccine, educate you on how to receive prescription discounts at other pharmacies, provide you with free vegetables and fruit if you bring a reusable bag, provide pregnancy resources, and provide information about a wide variety of other free medical resources in the community.

How to make an appointment: Schedule an appointment online.

  • You can sign up for an appointment starting the Friday morning before a clinic, and registration closes for appointments on Tuesday at 12pm. Appointments are first-come, first-serve, and it’s recommended you sign up as early as possible. You will receive an automated call/text by Wednesday with your appointment time. They will contact you by Wednesday if they can’t offer you an appointment on a given week because their appointment slots are limited. They can’t guarantee an appointment for everyone on a given Thursday.
