Noor Community Clinic (bilingual medical providers: Arabic and English)
Medical Resources
This is a free clinic run by volunteer medical professionals and students. Their goal is to provide medical services to Columbus’s uninsured and medically underserved populations. They serve anyone regardless of race, religion, or background.
Services Provided:
Primary Care Services.
Labs and Imaging: The Clinic offers these services offsite and will explain where to go to receive these services.
Referrals: Referrals can be made to specialized departments within the Wexner Medical Center. They also offer referrals for radiology and breast cancer screenings.
They offer social resource consultations with EnCompass: Empowering Neighborhoods in Columbus.
Days and Times of the Clinic: Wednesdays from 4:30pm-9pm.
What you need to bring with you: You need to bring your photo ID, recent medical records, and prescription medicine bottles or containers.
How to schedule an appointment (Walk-ins are not accepted):
Call the clinic coordinator at (614) 516-3075 on Monday from 10am-3pm or on Tuesday from 10am-12pm.
Leave a message and spell out your full name. Also, include your phone number, date of birth, and the reason why you want to be seen.
They will call you back in a few days to confirm the day and time of your appointment.
